Các quy định về AI :
Ngày 21 tháng 4 năm 2021, khối Cộng Đồng Chung Châu Âu (Eu) đã giới thiệu bản thảo Luật AI (AI Act) đầu tiên trên thế giới. Các ý chính như sau
Phân ra các công cụ, sản phẩm dịch vụ sử dụng AI phân ra 4 loại theo mức độ rủi ro.
Phần lớn các sản phẩm rơi vào loại thứ 2 : High risk. Các yêu cầu Các bước thực hiện kiểm tra sản phẩm trước khi đưa vào trị trường EU
※１ Conformity Assessment : đánh giá sự phù hợp ( A manufacturer can only place a product on the EU market when it meets all the applicable requirements. The conformity assessment procedure is carried out before the product can be sold. The European Commission’s main objective is to help ensure that unsafe or otherwise non-compliant products do not find their way to the EU market.
※2 CE Marking :CE marking is a part of the EU’s harmonisation legislation, which is mainly managed by Directorate-General for Internal market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs. They signify that products sold in the EEA have been assessed to meet high safety, health, and environmental protection requirements.
