About HaMinh Initiatives:
Since 2018, the founder of HaMinh Initiatives, Tran Vu Ha Minh has started to study and compose the dictionary of business and law to enhance the study of economic exchange between Vietnam and the world. Since 2020 with an effort to increase the awareness of Vietnamese people about legal knowledge related to advanced technology such as artificial intelligence, Tran Vu Ha Minh has researched, lectured and written articles to disseminate this content. From 2021, with the strong desire to increase the understanding of Japanese law for the Vietnamese community in Japan, HaMinh Initiatives has carried out a project to translate basic Japanese law.
Currently, HaMinh Initiatives implements 3 main programs:
1. Composing a specialized dictionary of Law-Economics trilingual Japanese-English-Vietnamese:
2. Disseminate legal and ethical knowledge of advanced technologies, especially artificial intelligence.
3. Disseminate Japanese law to Vietnamese people through project Japanese law for community
Our goal is to spread knowledge, build a community of understanding, respect the law for the future of sustainable development of science and technology as well as strengthen the exchange of socio-economic between countries.
About the Founder
Dictionary Editor－International Development and Policy Analyst－AI Legal and Ethic Enthusiast
Graduated from Hitotsubashi University with a Bachelor of Commerce and Aoyama Gakuin University with a Master's degree in Accounting and Auditing.
Experienced in real estate projects, urban, infrastructure development, and tax and accounting consulting;
Currently, working as an analyst consulting international development and overseas urban development projects of JICA and Japanese governmental agencies at the Big 4 Audit Consulting Group
Studying ethics and law related to artificial intelligence (AI)
